Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Covent Garden and City of London (Liverpool Street, Bank)
I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Central London and Online, offering private therapy sessions for adults on a long, medium or short-term basis.
I offer a warm, confidential and welcoming space for you, where you'll be able to discuss your problems and difficulties. You will feel respected, understood and valued; and we will work together towards the changes you want in your life.
The most commons issues I can help you with are: anxiety, stress, feeling sad, depression, relationship issues, separation and divorce, affairs and betrayals, postnatal depression, addiction, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, panic disorder, phobias, loss of meaning in life, grief.
Please contact me - via phone or email - we can have a brief conversation and book your first session.
My clients come from the following areas in London: Covent Garden, West End, Liverpool Street, Bank, Holborn, Leicester Square, Oxford Circus, Marylebone, Soho, City of London, London Bridge, Borough, Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge, Southwark.
If you would like to have a better understanding of the Counselling process, I can offer a 15 minute phone call. Please contact me and we can arrange it at a convenient time for both of us.
I suggest an initial commitment of 8 sessions, after which we can review our work and decide how to proceed. Most of my clients work with me on an open ended contract, which means you can stay in therapy for as long as you wish.
The sessions are weekly and at regular times. You will have a slot that is only yours: same day, same time, every week.
Confidentiality: Our work is absolutely confidential. I follow the 'BACP Ethical Framework' (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and everything discussed in therapy is private and confidential.
